Shipping & DeliveryWe take great care in packaging and shipping our paintings to ensure they arrive safely. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping service.

No Returns or RefundsAll sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the painting arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed ShipmentsWe are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.

Custom OrdersCustom and commissioned paintings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
